Shipping Policy

DLGadgets ships products from Malta to the destinations available at checkout.

Estimated delivery time

Orders are normally expected to arrive within 15–30 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Order processing

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. When tracking is available, shipping or tracking information will be sent separately.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to local customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or handling charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, the customer is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed and may charge additional delivery costs if a parcel must be resent because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect.

Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived after 30 days, or arrives damaged, email dlgadgetssupport@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
